We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may order in the following ways:

Shipping

Currently we are only able to ship orders to U.S. addresses through our website. Canadian customers, please call our shop at (907) 586-5059 or email us to place orders.

We try to ship orders within 5 days of receipt. Hand-crafted items may have limited quantities and may take longer to ship. Most items are packed and shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail from our shop in Juneau, Alaska and should arrive in 3-5 business days. The cost of the shipping is determined by the weight of the items and the destination. Total charges will include shipping, insurance and handling.

Some larger items may be shipping directly from the manufacturer, in which case they will be shipped by the carrier chosen by the manufacturer, usually UPS or Fedex.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us by within five days of receipt to arrange for the return of the item. We can exchange your purchase for another item or credit you for the original purchase price (less shipping and insurance charges) after the return item is received by us in clean, saleable condition. Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returned food items, pillows, or throws.

Damaged Shipment

Report any damage to your purchase immediately to the carrier. The US Postal Service requires that you have the original packaging to make a claim.
